Gentle Flow 60-min

Join me for Lunch-Time Yoga at The Hubbard Activity Center for 60 minutes of gentle flow. We find our breath, stretch on the mat and practice our standing, balance and flow poses to soft music in a candle lit room.

Meditation & Mindfulness 30-min
During this 30 minute meditation class, a variety of techniques are shared to train us in the art of focusing our mind. Once the mind is still and quiet, we have the opportunity to see clearly, free from judgement, and to live more fully in the present moment. You may participate by sitting in a chair, as finding a comfortable position in the body is important so that the mind isn’t distracted. Or bring a mat, bolster, bench or cushion along with you if you prefer sitting on the floor.
